NOW HIRING: Commercial, Real Estate & Consumer Lender

Join our team as a Commercial, Real Estate, and Consumer Lender at First National Bank of Steeleville.  In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assessing potential borrowers, developing new customer relationships, structuring loan packages, managing and growing a portfolio of commercial, real estate, and consumer loans.  This position offers the opportunity to work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and goals, while also contributing to the growth and success of our community.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 – 5 years of lending experience.

Depending on qualifications and experience, the starting salary range would be between $45,000 and $75,000.  The position includes a full package of benefits: Medical, Dental and Life Insurance; Profit-Sharing, and Paid Time Off.
